I'm a fan of America's Next Top Model. I'm also a huge reader of fiction, fantasy and all sorts really. I read the first chapter online and bought it right away because I really enjoyed reading it. It was well-written and interesting. It actually sounded a lot like the Hunger Games. When I received the book, which came promptly, I was so excited to read it. As a short summary I would say the first bigger half of the book was pretty good. But near the end it started getting a little too weird. I got a bit annoyed because it was a bit too weird and cliche. I think I'd read it again to see if I thought it was any better but three stars is all I'll give it for now.
I actually like Tyra Banks quite a bit. I watch Top Model religiously. However I felt that this book was a bit TOO fantastical. I enjoy sci-fi and fantasy books, however this one was too far-fetched. Just okay. Would not read a sequel.
Everything that could have been improved aside, the message of this book is a beautiful one. Very well done spreading a positive message to females.

Didn't think I would enjoy it this much, but I really had fun reading this book. Only upset knowing there is not going to be the promised follow up books. Perhaps Tyra might change her mind...
