Ryan does not know the secret of why Chloe had to break up with him so he goes on to become a man whore. Chloe returns to him after 3 years and tries her best to make him realize that he is in love with her. Chloe and Ryan faces some obstacles and then the truth finally comes out about what happened. It was pretty well told and an easy read. It was nice to see the rest of the cast and the continuation of their stories.

This is a great continuation to the series. I love how this book not only tells the story of Chloe and Ryan, bit also gives us updates on everyone else. Will definitely be reading the next one.
I love when you get to explore love from the beginning and this story is done just right.There is adult love and almost all of it is handled in an adult manner.Yes sometimes both the hero and heroine can act a little juvenile but that's to be expected.I love the loyalty that's between the family and friends.A good addition which promises to be a good series.
Ryan and Chloe are an amazing couple when circumstances aren't getting in their way!!! Unfortunately stuff all ways seems to happen to them.

absolutely ONE of the weakest most pitiful females I've ever read. from getting on her knees for him for two weeks (that's NOT love, that's pathetic desperation. then the whole blackmail scheme scenario, again....utterly ridiculous. you know why I gave it two stars.....really I don't know either, so let's go for one and half, after all I read it. but this is the end of the line in this series for me. I'm sorry if we are supposed to fall in love with the Griffin brothers, but they are just too OTT crazy train riders for me. their actions so far leave A LOT to be desired. to me the only character in this series who seems to have any modicum of decency is Alex the Griffin brother's niece. so I'm done. sorry
What can I say but I love Chloe. Can not say I did in the beginning. Chloe and Ryan dated years ago and she broke Ryan heart when she left him for another man. She comes back to claim the man she loves because she has a secret why she truly left. She let's Ryan use her because he wants her as well but just for sex because she won't get the chance to break him again. This is were I start to hate Ryan because he becomes a true dick to her. I won't spoil it but let's just say he said and did things to Chloe that broke my heart. "I need my secretary not my whore" then asked her to set up a date with another woman for that night. And she did. This is what I hated about Chloe because she just let him. However she quickly realized she couldn't keep going on this way just as he realized he loved her and couldn't keep hurting her. Thank goodness I was finally happy they were getting on track. But don't forget I said there is the secrets of why she left the first time. I loved how this all came out and how everyone reacted. What happens when all the Griffins specially Ryan finds out why she did what she did. Will they forgive her or will this be the end of their love affair. Won't spoil it for you so one click and find out. You won't be disappointed. It's an easy read but a fantastic read. Plus you get a hint to Owens story and that cliffhanger alone is worth the one click. Crystal Perkins has become one of my favorite authors and will one click her books every time.
Overpriced even at 99 cents. Don't waste your money or your time. Simplistic and predictable plot with flat, one dimensional characters. This is one of those books that the book summary sounds good but fails miserably to deliver.
